More Sports Action

Woodpeckers

Catch a Fayetteville Woodpeckers minor league baseball game downtown at Segra Stadium. The low-A Houston Astros affiliate takes on the Salem Red Sox during U.S. Open week. Visit the nearby Cool Spring Social District before the game for a tea or tea cocktail at Winterbloom Tea or dinner and a drink at a downtown restaurant or brewery.

Spend an extra day

Bring the family and spend an extra day exploring the region. We have many kid-friendly things to do, like bouncing around at the nation's largest indoor bounce house facility at Epic Fun Park. Indoor rock climbing at The Climbing Place, or just spending the day learning new things at Fascinate-U Children's Museum History buffs may enjoy exploring our historic sites, including the  US Army Airborne & Special Operations Museum

Fayetteville is also home to the only Dick's House of Sport in North Carolina! With more than 100,000 square feet of space, the facility offers an unparalleled shopping and sports experience. Thrilling attractions include an indoor climbing wall, a state-of-the-art batting cage, and an interactive golf swing simulator!
